I wonder if the reduced prices cover the cost it will take for the new home owner to replace the defective drywall. I feel like that would be a complicated problem to solve and could get rather expensive. The article did say, though, that some of the homes for sale have already had it removed, yet they are still offered at lower prices. Why is that?

Wow, I hope that the new homes for sale that I'm looking at don't have this drywall. That could be disastrous, and would make for an awful investment.

I hadn't heard of these homes for sale before, but it's interesting that they are putting them on the market. I guess if a man wants to buy something defective at a discounted price, as long as he knows he's buying it, the good on ya.

I think that if there is a risk of these homes for sale being dangerous, that they should not be on the market. It's an unnecessary risk that no one should take.
